Still waiting for my refund

Day 1 Health where is my money? I was promised on the Apri 8 by Corrine Monga " Manager " that I will get my money on the 12April. I did not get it I then had to call again for my money only to be told that I will get it on the 16 April. Guess what its still not in my acc. now when I call (011 548 9541) Miss Corrine Monga is not at her desk and I'm told that she is not a Manager when I being transferred to her the phone gets cuts. I call back no one answers I finally get through to Jane who gives me attitude and she tells the Manager will be in at 10h00am. Guess what Corrine is still in the bathroom. What frustrates this is my money that I want because you guys don't answer your phones I had to pay for my sons GP cause they have to confirm consultation with you guys. I don't have money I was relying on this money I don't have a cent with me. Seems like these consultants are so used to ill treating clients and don't care cause nothing happens to them. I think a disciplinary action will give them a wake up call. I am so furious and frustrated and regret the day I took this medical aid didn't know I was getting myself in this.
