CANCEL MY POLICY PLEASE

A consultant called me and sold one of your products, Day1 Doctor, to me and I bought in. But after much thought, I realized that this is not the right kind of medical plan I need. And since I had not received any documentation, not even an email to confirm the policy, I decided I need to cancel it (this was 2 weeks after the initial phone call from a sales consultant). So I found the Day1 Health website, where I got a landline number to call. I was told to send an email saying that I am canceling the policy. I did this yesterday (30th May) and I got no reply. I've sent another one this morning saying the same thing, plus the fact that they have taken R410 from my account this morning (which was not what we initially agreed upon). I would like to get my money back please. I had not used your services and had not received anything from you. So I think it's a fair request.
