Discovery making to much money!!!

I really need medical aid and called discovery because i heard has good schemes.
i decided to call the call centre waited awhile then someone answered!!! i was transferred and transferred and transferred. So when i complained i was told if i want my details taken down or not. Guess you guys have enough money, you dont need anymore business.
annoyed and frustrated with the lack of customer service.
