Once again service!! service!! service. where has our South African service providers pride gone to. Do they feel that they just need to ignore us as consumers and hopefully the problem will eventually go away? This is the feeling I am left with after spending more than an hour in a customer walk in centre, and try speaking to a manager you are told that all managers are in meetings. Do not dear ask the question why is it that every time you have a problem to solve and junior personnel cannot and would not make a decision other than to their benefit, you are told that they are managers and they are in meetings all day every day, "They manage that is what they do". I had as many people out there "I am sure" had the unfortunate incident to have to drive to the Polmed office in Pretoria to solve a chronic medicine issue. This being done after I was advised by phone that this will be the only way to resolve my problem. Sketch a picture in your mind, you are on medicine for the last 3 years, you go to the Dr every 6 months, Dr give a script you hand it in and get the meds and off you go. Everything is easy. NO!! 6 months later you find out that all the other claims has been rejected and
