Double controbution taken - Not repaying

After notifying Bonitas a month ago about debit orders not reflecting payment on my account, they took a double contribution this month, leaving me with no income and returned debit orders because of employees not doing their work properly. I have been struggling for 2 weeks now to get my money from them. No one is getting back to me in this regard and According to my Broker they do not give any attention to their communication as well.
