So called incorrect codes

I called earlier to ask why a certain account is not being paid. I was told that the tarrif codes are incorrect. i called the doctor they have assured me those codes are as provided and are indeed correct. I also noticed that one line item on the account was completely omited altogether. The account was for Golding on the 2nd April 2013 and was emailed on the 3rd April 2013. Now because of these issues i wait again to get paid out. Story of my life with this medical Aid

And when i asked they person at Momentum (Joy) she basically implied it is not momentums problem however the doctor cant make up their own code that is how it was supplied so right now no one will help. I pay my medical aid contribution every month and they take every opportunity not to pay.

Those codes are supplied by Discovery as the standard codes. Why would the codes differ for different medical aids?
