Cancelled gym memberhip understanding

I have never been so disappointed with discovery before even after all the years of loyalty.

I was pregnant and gave birth on 2013-03-20. I could not exercise while being pregnant due to constant backaches but still tried to go to gym to swipe even when discovery increased the amount of gym visits!
I even asked at the gym if I could suspend due to being pregnant but no one could answer me so I tried my best to go to swipe.

After recovering for the past month, I wanted to start going to gym again only to discover my membership is cancelled as I was one visit short in March. I tried explaining that I could not go to gym to swipe due to giving birth and was recovering. According to call centre agent, I could have exercised before delivering to meet visits and the only way to resolve is re-sign and start paying fees according to new structure

I think this is terrible as it does not show any consideration for pregnant woman at all.

If they continue with cancelling my gym membership then they may as well cancel all my discovery policies as well.
