I spoke to a helpful lady by the name of Megan who assisted me promptly, after a long struggle with a short payment that needed to paid to the hospital. She was the 1st consultant to actually pick up my details quickly without me having to explain the whole story for the 10th time. She gave me a quick response and the good news of the claim being approved after a very long struggle. I really appreciate everything Bonitas has done for my son with his heart operation, i had no struggle at all with all the claims, you really made this hard time not so bad knowing that you have all your clients best interest at heart.
