Bonitas taking their time to pay back my claim

I went for a consultation on the 10 December 2013 to Dr Ebrahim Parker, i was advised that the consultation will be paid by me in cash and i can claim it back from my medical aid of which i did on the 12 December 2013..and i waited for the response from the medical until i cam back to work from leave and nothing was paid to my account... and this is not the first time i had to struggle fot the medical aid to pay back my claimthe first time i had to use harsh words and they paid it back to me within a day this is unacceptable and i want my money to be paid to me or i will take this higher!!!
