Builders Express
No stock, why dont you just close the branch?

I went yesterday to Robindale Builders express. They had no stock of metal plug covers. This is the second time i went there recently, where they had no stock of a common item. The other time was 2 weeks ago, when there was NO PLYWOOD, with no idea of when they will be able to have some. I struggled for 15 minutes to get someone to assist me at the wood section, just to hear there is no stock

in addition, i had to struggle to get on the street again. over weekends there are traffic directors, not during the week.

I went to roberto's building supplies for the metal plug plate and they had it, cheaper than builders. I barely made it in time, due to the struggle getting out of the builder's express parking lot.

The plywood I was able to source from timbercity. It was a breeze, the staff assisted me with a cutting program to set up a complete cutting list to cut the sheets to my requirements. excellent service from timbercity.

my only question is why I should even bother going to builders express, if the other local shops has stock, gives quick service, you dont struggle getting out of the parking lot, and you dont have to beg someone to help you?
