E-instatement of membership for medical aid

I would like to thank Patrick { Phathuxolo Buhlungu for his excellent service rendered as to re-instate my membership at Bonitas medical aid as i have been struggle for 2 weeks now and he was the only one to call me back with up dates and with email to inform me, until the end.
