Income Band on KeyCare discrepancy

On applying, my salary was higher and all was through MY employer. I mailed Discovery on 29 Nov, I'd been re trenched. On 11 Dec they needed docs by 14 Dec. Dec and Jan they debited MY a/c with the normal contribution. 2 MTHS later, 7 FEB I got a mail, my spouses income is the highest bracket so we pay the same! I mailed back asking how its possible when I'M the main member & he has his own expenses & cant cover mine too. Can they consider we pay R800pm for medicines not covered. His R6000 incent is added to his Gross & ends Feb. 11 April, NO RESPONSE. We didn't have R3372 in Feb and then R6744 in March!! Our cover's suspended but we must still pay and cant use it! 2 April we went to Centurion to sort it out. Anne asked for a letter about the incentive. I said Id rather resign as theres a medical policy for R1700. She said she's escalated the case, we must wait. 10 days later NO RESPONSE. I earn R0. We now get R26000 LESS! Dont they understand? He must pay R3372 not knowing HIS expenses. We've 2 kids to feed yet theyre crippling us! Medical's important. I REFUSE to pay April unless reduced and missed joining the policy in April with 1 mth
Waiting Peoriod! We could've resigned Dec!
