No Communication

I had a medical Aid with Discovery through my employer and when i resigned or when things didn't go well with my employer my medical aid was cancelled. Discovery didn't communicate with me at all regarding that, i had to call to be told that my membership has been withdrawn. I then asked them to move it to private capacity that's me paying for the medical aid, i was surprised when i was told that they cant do that as i have been with the company for less than month's. My main concern is that my wife is pregnant and that was the main reason i took the medical aid she is due anytime now. everything has been done with the hospital and now what do i do with no medical aid. I know underwritting for a new membership will take days and more time whiich is something i dont have on my side. Please do assist
