DEBIT ORDER AGAIN

I changed my discovery medical aid from my personal capcity to employer capicity in Macrh 2013. The medical aid contribution was deducted from my salary and paid over to discovery, both the April and May contribution.
Tranfser papers were filled in and sent off to the email address on the transfer papers.
Begining of April and NOW again MAY, Discovery had gone and deducted from my account.
Do they NOT communicate with each other there?
Beacuse of this my account was suspended last month and i could not get my chronic medication due to this, which was totally unfair on me.
Please sort your department out, as this is totally unacceptable.
