Refund needed & wrong income band!

In Dec 2012 I changed my Discovery Health plan to Keycare Plus. For Jan 2013 they acknowledged the plan change but debited off my account the highest rate for Keycare Plus- this after I gave them documents showing I fall into the lower rate category. I called them and they said they would refund me the difference and put me into the lower rate band. I am STILL waiting for the refund of R692- and need to ensure that for Feb they debit R638 and not the highest rate of R1000 .
