Disappointed wit the lack of serves

I have been sending emails repeatedly for the past 3 weeks and nothing! I have gone so far as to say I am going to apply with another medical aid en yet that did not even gotten me a response. I have sent in my application for medical aid more that 3 weeks ago. I am so disappointed wit the lack of serves I have been getting. And yet the keen sending me emails that my case is being revered to the correct department for the past 2 weeks. I am not joking if I am saying that I am seeking another medical aid that will actually give me service...
