They make errors with quotes

We requested a quote through [URL Removed] at sand and see and were given a quote of 1100 for 5 days with a deposit of 550. As soon as we sent the proof of payment of 1100 the quote was suddenly upped to 5500 and said sorry we made a mistake. I just feel that such a big mistake is unacceptable
