HE DISAPPEAR AFTER DEPOSIT WAS PAID

I contacted Mr Goehre to give us a quote on office partitions. After receival of quote, we paid a deposit, then he contacted me and said he made a mistake and send an amended quote. We didn't accept the new quote and asked that he refund our deposit. I send him the banking details and a week after he received the details, no refund were made yet, where upon I called him and he said that his daughter are in charge of the payments. I then send an email, stating that if the deposit wasn't refunded by the end of business the same day that further steps will be taken against him. Still NO response. Tried phoning him, he first picked up the call, but then drop it again, and when I then call again, phone goes to voice mail! BE WARE!!! Take peoples deposits and then disappear! The addresses given on his quotes and on the internet is NOT his addresses!! The people at the addresses don't even know him!
