Dishonesty and and dodgy practices

I am a student at UWC, and got trapped by Universal Healthcare Services (Pty) in selling to me their student medical aid which doesn't cover refugees. I asked them if it was a law and their representative and Chris Ward-Cox Broker Relationship Manager, confirmed that it was a law, being a first year student I am supposed to be covered and gave a lot of reasons...
when I finally registered with the UWC I checked with them to see if it was true and this one said as a refugee you can't buy a medical aid.. I am jobless and have been kicked out of my place because I can't afford it anymore, I explained the situation to Chris Ward and requested a refund asap he gave me empty promises each time. for 3 months I tried to get my refund back and it has been unsuccessful and now I have made up my mind and ready to report this dishonest company and warn any parents or students who have a policy with this company that they are running a and a dodgy business and people must be aware of this.

although I email Chris my bank details, they made up a story saying that my refund was sent to a wrong bank account and still wait for Nedbank to refund them. and that has been more than a month.
