I am a part time student how wants his Refund

I have requested my refund from Intec College from last year October i.e 2012 as they have debited money and I was already paid them in full amount at the moment when they have took my money from my bank account. They told to write a letter asking for my refund and give them all my details I have managed to give them all the information that they needed but even till today is the 5th of June 2013.I am still waiting and I have done all that I can to follow up but I can't find joy. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated by these institution. I have send the student support e mails, called they are call centre but they tell me the same story of the are still processing my money into my account for more than five months. So I am expressing my discomfort with the service that these guys are rendering to us as students if it was me owing them my name by now would be to they're attorneys please help me to resolve this issue.
