How does this work

We joined Keyhealth Medical Scheme more than two months ago, beginning January my daughter was URGENTLY submitted into hospital. The docter called the hospital and got an authorization number (while i was sitting there)... now all of a sudden key health do not want to pay, first they told us the premium was not paid, so we send them the proof of payment, then they could not read the proof of payment... after about ten e-mail that was sorted. Thereafter they told us we had a three month waiting period... and now they say authorization was never given.

We are a new customer to this medical aid, and as things are going i do not think we are going to be customers much longer. The attidude of their staff is shocking as well! This is the first medical aid that i know about which will do anything in their power not to pay the claims.

If they do not pay this claim I will report them to the medical aid board as well, they have given the authorization, now they need to pay!!!
