Discovery Health out of touch with health needs

I am a Discovery member since 2005. I am also diabetic and on chronic medicine. Discovery promotes healthy living and managing your condition etc - yet when it comes to the ordering of my medicine I get told that I have reach my limit dispite the doctors prescription! This is the first time ever in all the years with them. So now I am restricted to testing my sugar levels maybe twice a day to stretch the strips as opposed to me doctors instruction of 4-5 times (which I actually adhere to).

The call centre agent was very understanding and helpful. Im an just highly irritated with the level of service received and shows their lack of understanding with my chronic conditions.
