Appalling service re an error on my Health Wallet

On 18th March 2013 I logged a complaint about being awarded 10% cash back on healthy food instead of 25%.
Case number 2771341869. I made multiple follow ups and to date (April 4th) the case has not been resolved.
Today on my request, the case was escalated to a supervisor Gugu, she could not resolve the issue on the phone but assured me that she would return my call within 5 minutes with a resolution and timeline.
This did not happen and I consider this shocking service from a company who I pay thousands to every month for insurance and have been on a Diamond vitality status for over 3 years.
Really discovery, is this the best you can do??
