I moved our from my own Discovery medical account to my wife's account. My Vitality was connected to my medical aid and with the move was accidentally dropped by Discovery. I discovered this on 6 March when trying to buy Kulula tickets and reported it on 7 March. I was promised that it will be rectified on 8 March.

I have had multiple calls with the call centre and even sent an email to one of their execs to try and get this issue resolved. This resulted in my Vitality policy being reinstated on 20 March although I was told that I should not use my Vitality as my status is still incorrect and will be losing out on my benefits.

I was again told that this will be rectified on the evening of 20 March with their next synchronization run. Today I followed up on the call only to discover that it was not resolved and still finding Life and Vitality blaming each other.

I have multiple products with Discovery and utilise my Vitality benefits on a daily basis.

Their service and promises is unacceptable!

I have been patient with trying to get his matter resolved but am over it!!!
