Worst hospital, ever!

I don't even have enough space for all of the complaints I have! Nurses, matrons and cleaning staff are rude, tactless, disrespectful and have no problem waking up a sleeping patient any time of the day or night. The dusbins gets cleaned at 9.30pm! The ward is in absolutely chaos at 10pm, and no child can sleep. Screaming babies gets no attention, even when their parents aren't in the ward. Doors are left open, lights are left on at 4am in the morning, children who gets woken up are just left alone. The cots are noisy and difficult to operate. The pharmacy closes at 12pm on weekends. Which meant that if the emergency medicine cabinet didn't have the meds the doctor prescriped, we had to wait for the slow staff to process the medication. I had to bring my own from home. Speaking of medication, it was always late. Even when asked, we'd get medication hours after it was supposed to be given. I had to keep my child up because medication wasn't given on time. One admission keeps ALL staff preoccupied for hours! You have to search very hard for a friendly face, it's like everyone thinks they are doing you a favor. That's not even half of it! I just went through 8 days of!
