My payment gap was reached the Dr prescribed schedule 2 medication I paid cash and submitted the invoice to Discovery to reduce my payment gap however Discovery increased my payment gap I'm in fact paying twice for the script this.
I went into Hospital for a procedure 1 day however the Dr kept me over night the same evening I Telephonic ally informed Discovery and was told not to worry it would be taken care of.the next morning Hospital staff went to the Pharmacy to collect my medication they were told Discovery refused to pay I would have to pay cash, my husband had to leave his work to come to the Hospital to buy the medication and bring it to my ward, when I approached Discovery they said it was the Hospital fault.
This has to be the very worst case of buck passing ever.
