11 weeks post surgery and STILL no claim pay out!!

I had surgery on the 26 October and had already called Discovery beforehand for pre-authorisation. I had to pay R4200 up front to the surgeon, as well as a hospital co-payment of R3300. I then submitted the claim and it was rejected as Discovery reckon it was not done in hospital (even though I paid a hospital co-payment and they had received an anaethetist bill!). I had any required amendments to the invoice made and was told to send it in to a given email address. Almost a month passed with no feedback and I enquired about the payment. I was told that the previous agent gave me the wrong address and I must send it elsewhere. After doing so, Sylvester confirmed that the adjustment had been done on 22 Nov and I would be paid out on 5 Dec. No payment happened and I have since spoken to Babalwa, Francois, Khanya and Mohammed - all of which have told me a different story, accused the last agent of saying the wrong thing and promising me someone would call me. Khanya was really nce and promised she would sort the bill out with the practice directly and get the claim paid asap. I last heard from her 23 Dec! Today, I was told someone would call me back. Still no feedback and no pay out!!
