My scooter was tampered with

I was at work at Emperor's Palace casino and parked my scooter where I thought was the safest place possible. After my shift, I stayed for a drink with my colleagues and when I wanted to leave, my scooter was no longer where I parked it. YES I had a lot of assistance from the Emperor's Patrol team and a gentleman from surveillance, Tony, who has cctv footage of the pranksters who damaged my private property. A big thank you to these men. But my complaint is, what is the purpose of having car guards when ANYONE can easily tamper with someone else's property?.. Did these car guards HONESTLY not see the two boys who picked my LOCKED scooter up, ram it against the pavement until the steering was free, break my ignition and then load it onto the back of a bakkie and drive off in a different motor vehicle with the registration plate of MY scooter as a souvenir??? SERIOUSLY???.. I would like to get that cctv footage and track down these boys using the vehicle registration WSY 646 GP and make them pay for these damages that they caused!!!
