Poor service and false advertising

Me and my Family die Groenewald family visited the Nokeng Eco Lodge on 29/3/2013 - 1/04/2013 and stayed in Rooibos callet - apon arrivable we were informed after payment. that we need to pay an additional R300.00 breakage fee, which wasnt a problem. no proper investigation was conducted on the crockery and cutlary nor the state of contence of the kictchen. the next morning when we wanted to make breakfast we found that there is NO stove or microwave to cook breakfast - the webside advertised a fully equipped kitchen. we did enquire and the staff aspesially the lady in the kictchen has a big attitude towards this but a gas stove arrived 1.5hr later we also found out the next morning there werent 6 cups for coffee the glass was chipped and the plated was very old and chipped the pot were badly burned and one of the beds broken. apon reporting all these things it people of the lodge started to have an attitude towards us - the owner Elsje informed us that we could right a review on the webside and there is now such option and she herself is never there and if she is there she does not adress there issues in a professional manner. the challets were very dusty and dirty to start of with
