I booked into Road Lodge Rivonia the 12 October via SA Tourism Company.
1.)I asked the consultant on the phone when i booked, to book me in for a smoking room, when I arrived all the smoking rooms were taken and I was given a non-smoking room.
2.)On the morning of the 13th October, breakfast was served, the consultant also told me that breakfast was INCLUDED in the R645 that I have paid, I was charged an additional R130 for breakfast whereas I had a muffin and coffee, the manager said that I HAVE to pay the breakfast amount as they only received R500 from SA Tourism Company.(I paid in R645)
