Price Changes According To Weathe

I had the pleasure of going away the long weekend and we decided to go through to Fortuna Resort near Balfour. Very nice place.

The only let down in this place is how they chop and change there prices according to the car you drive and the type of weather you having.

A lady by the name of Rosa in reception.(Deals with bookings) is rude and does not stick to her word. We planned a three night stay at Fortuna and arranged with Rosa that we leave the early Monday. She confirmed this over the phone.

Upon arrival her story and price changed, stating that she did not book any 3 night stay and the min was a 4 day stay due to long weekend. (Yet Sunday came and numerous camp sites were empty due to ppl staying 2 nights). So we had to pay 750 for the extra day.

Now my biggest concern was when we were down there in Dec, we paid a total of 265 for extra 2 ppl and a car. Now over the long weekend we paid and extra 450.00. The car alone was 120. This is absolutely insane that their prices can change like this.

This Rosa person really needs to keep track of her promises. When talking around at the Camp with a few campers they had experienced the same price hike and bad attitude.
