Dimalachite Resort
BOOKED IN AND NEEDED TO LEAVE DUE TO CRISIS

We booked into the Dimalachite Resort in Parys on the 31st of March. I had to pay an initial amount of HALF of the booking, the full amount was R 1 000.00, I did an internet transfer for R 550.00. When we checked in the balance had to be paid in cash. We had a crisis and needed to leave an hour and a half later... I was told that the owner refused to reimburse me with R550, 00 - I received the balance of R 450, 00. We did not even sit down as we walked down to the river.
I have the conditions which was mailed to me, does not say if you leave you forfeit your initial payment.
In addition to that the advert on the Internet is totally misleading. River rafting is one component - is at 9am for the day... not as detailed on the Internet. Hannes - telephone number 056 8181860
