Money making scheme unpleasant

We went for river rafting at Earth adventures on 12 Jan 2013 by mistake (We thought we booked through our regular agent but was unaware that he passed away and was coerced in booking through Earth Adventures). Compared to other suppliers, Earth Adventures is unprofessional, not equipped to supply the service offered and expensive. Earth Adventures promised us a full day rafting which was equal to the half day rafting of other suppliers. Earth Adventures do not have adequate abolution facilities (1 toilet for 84 people). Earth Adventures is not concerned by safety but only money. Earth Adventures allow too many people to raft at once (42 people at a time). In addition only 4 staff members (who were suppose to ensure safety) accompanied the group but did nothing to ensure safety. The group was unruly. This is unsafe and the overall experience becomes unenjoyable. Other vendors provide snacks and dvd included in the price. Earth adventures do not provide snacks and dvd is R100 extra. River rafting is a fun experience but NOT with Earth Adventures.
