Flexi Club
Very Unhelpful and Unaccommodating

I booked over the Internet for Breakers Resort, Umhlanga. On the Internet one cannot see where in the complex the flats are, one only sees numbers.
I now ask to be moved to a flat with sea view and am flatly refused as the accommodation was booked via Internet where one sees only numbers and do not have a clear idea if where the flat is.
Holiday Club refer me to Breakers Resort who in turn refer me back to Holiday Club, going around in circles and neither is willing or prepared to help.
They definitely do not live up to their welcome message "How can we make you smile? " Should rather read "how can we disappoint your today? "
