Inefficient accounts process!

The manner that netcare deals with accounts is disgusting.
It is the hospitals responsibility to send claims to medical aids and the patient. Netcare failed to submit the claim within 3months. And are now trying to claim R8000 from me. Had the invoice been sent to me I would have submitted to the medical aid.
But they just did nothing. And the claim is stale and the med aid will not pay.
They refuse to get back to me as to why nothing was done about the invoice until 3 months after the fact. They simple ignore me!
Why should I pay for inefficient process an lack of accountability. Completely unacceptable the manner netcare deals with patients.
