Worst Medical Aid Ever!

Bankmed is the worst medical aid ever. My fiance wrote on Hello Peter in the past about bad service. Now we are really fed up! My baby was hospitalised, it was PMB related and they had to fully pay the bill, which they told me, sorry, you went over your limit, while they had to cover 100%. I've called them so many times, the one agent gives me a total different answer than the previous one and so it goes on, and I still are back to square one! Seriously, there is no service at all, and I want Nazley Solomons to phone me asap, the bill needs to be settled on the 4th of April 2013. No words can describe my anger, as this is the how many time now, when are you going to start giving service, we are paying you monthly but none of you are doing your jobs!!!
