After their last response from bankmed on the 20/03/2013, I was told that my hospital bill will be settled in full by the 28/03/2013, it's the 2/04/2013 and payment hasn't been made. I have also received a phone call from hospital saying that they haven't received any communication from my medical aid advising that they will pay the account in full. I'm still held liable for the 20%. I need this to be sorted out as soon as possible. I'm not finding any joy dealing with bankmed. I'm really considering changing medical aids. This is not the first time I've been treated in this manner and I'm really disappointed in the way this issue is being handled. The worst thing is that it's a mission going through your call centre because everyone doesn't deal with members on basic, one is always being transferred to the next consultant. I need a fruitful response this time and not empty promises.
