Harrasment after paying account back in 2011

I have been contacted from Lancet after paying a bill on R280 in 2011 and now am getting contacted about the same bill and been asked to provide proof of payment after more than a year. Where am I supposed to find this if they have misplaced this. I had sent it more than once now I'm been called about the same issue
