LANCET!!!

I have had multiple sms's saying that I have been handed over to the ITC-BA by Lancet Laboratories for an amount of R205.40. My wife was admitted at the Ethekwini Heart hospital on the 07/05/2013 for a C-Section. I am on Discovery medical aid. Discovery have confirmed the bill was paid in full and I have emailed proof of payment 3 TIMES. I have been phoning the call centre since June 2013 and everytime get a different answer. I even have all the call recordings saying from the call centre agents themselves, that my account has been settled and that I will not be contacted again. The worse thing is everytime they say they going to phone back and NEVER DO!!!
