Bblacklisted without knowledge of account

Lancet Laboratories wrongly blacklisted me. I received a call from the ITC informing me that I had been blacklisted by lancet. I asked them to give me information about why I was blacklisted as I had not received any communication and they advised me to contact Lancet.

I contacted Lancet who then informed me that my medical aid had not settled an account for last year. I then asked why I was not made aware of the outstanding amount and why my name had been handed over to the ITC without following due diligence and without informing me about the my account being in arrears. The consultant I spoke to assured me that my account would be placed on hold with the ITC and a payment option would be worked out. I agreed to this and made a commitment to pay 500 monthly over 3 months. He also assured me that my statement would be emailed to me which I still do not have.

I have received a call from ITC again after having made an arrangement with Lancet, an arrangement which they have not been informed about.

Lancet has not followed the correct process prior to handing my name over and now ITC is letting me know that they will follow the legal process.
