Klein Oase " worst experience of my life"

Oase fishing resort in Frankort Free State ( [URL Removed] ) is the worst self-catering establishment I have ever visited. The website advertise a fully equiped self-catering unit, howver the cutlery is made of plastic and the chalet is a semi-attached unit (no privacy). The unit was filthy and dusty and has not been cleaned for months, the water was shutt-off for 14 hours wihtout any notice. The neighbours confirmed it was a regular occurance. We originally booked two nights however the place was unbearable and we decided to leave the next day. The owner refused to refund the money paid for the second night and said I needend bother coming again. Any person with a sense of cleanliness and selfworth would avoid visiting Klein Oase.
