Worst villa stay

We paid for deluxe unit with villa rentals - received a unit that wasn't cleaned, was filthy...
Had musty curtains & the worst parking bay
My son developed urticaria and my daughter coughed the whole night
We had to request that unit be cleaned the next morning
There is no way that staff at rentals verify that room is cleaned before check in
We stayed at the hotel before - twice and enjoyed both times
It seems villa rentals rides on the reputation of the Mondazur hotel
Although unit cleaned - these units are old and in drastic need of refurbishment
We paid R8300 for 3 nights - what a rip off!!!
It's definitely not even 2 star!
