A letter was submitted to the medical aid to state that the client is divorsed and that they are waiting for documents, on the 10 December 2012, a letter was also sent to the AECI Pension Fund and request them to take the beneficiary of the medical aid as the beneficiary is still in process of divorse. That is unforgenatly not true as they withdraw the divorse application on the 9/10/2012, letter was sent to the principal memebers attorney and they did acknowlege the letter of withdraw. The principal memeber is still legal married and the principal has a medical condition that he cant sign any documents (verbal and non verbal retarterd) letter of Neuro doctor. Beneficiary cant acsess any information on medical aid as the power of attorney (letter of medical aid) was given to the mother of principal member. There is no exceuter appointed to main member and accordingly the law the client wife is legal gardian to memeber. There is no divorse proceedings aswell as court documents submitted to the court. The beneficiary was termanated on 1/1/2013. Beneficiary must be added back on medical aid as the main member and beneficiary are still legal married and dont know what he signed.
