Negligent and injured

My child went to zamokuhle private hospital as she swallowed a R2 coin. I was told that the procedure was easy she will be in and out of theatre to remove the coin. She was discharge 30 minutes after theatre and I took her home. Two days after I took her back to the hospital as she was not eating and drinking anything after they removed the coin. They took more tests and told me she was injured and I have to find another hospital to treat her as they won't be able to help. She was in icu for three weeks because of them they didn't even bother to find out what had happen. I want them to pay for everything including the pain and suffering they have put me and my child in.
