Cannot get proper proof of cover from Discovery

I have moved to Australia, and I am simply trying to get a letter out of Discovery that states that I was a member from 1999 to 2013, which no one seems to be able to do.

I was the principal member but due to my employer at the time trying to force a new medical aid on me, I swapped from being the principal member to just being a spouse. Now Discovery claims that I was "withdrawn" from the fund, and now I cannot get a decent medical in Australia because of the word "withdrawn".

All I want is a human being at Discovery to open MS Word and write a document that states I was on the fund from 1999 to 2013, without the word "withdrawn".
