Service - trying to become a membe

I sent my application on the 28 February 2013 only to find out that nothing was done about it I had to resend my application on the 13 march 2013 and still nothing was done about it. I called every day and every day Nathan gave me the same excuse he will find out why it has not been loaded and that he will get back to me he never calls me back I always have to phone back and find out and just to find out today the 20 March it STILL HAS NOT BEEN LOADED. I THINK THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! The supervisor by the name of Zain refuses to take my calls.
