My baby girl was born in November 2012, i submitted the birth certificate in december in order for her to be loaded. 2 weeks ago i discovered that after submitting a claim for consultations regarding my baby that was not being paid i discovered the reason was that she had not been loaded on my medical aid

After going through various call agents it was discovered that the mail i sent them was just sitting in the inbox with nothing being actioned. I requested them to add my baby to my medical aid scheme, however they refuse untill i back pay them for the outstanding three months. I currently do not have the 3 months back payment funds as its the middle of the month and requested they debit me with the back payments on my next debit order. They say they cannot make this arrangement and i must now pay in order for her to be covered. I find this unacceptable as up to this day my baby is still not covered. This is a major risk for me as if something had to happen to her she is NOT covered. Plus i have about six claims which need to be submitted for her of which i have also paid cash for.
