I was in a car accident in february 2013 (this year) I have problems with my shoulder from it (it is mentioned in the medical report, but not that I HAVE TO see a specialist for it immediately or even at all), now that I want to have my shoulder looked at and get help on fixing it, the medical aid refuses to pay!!! And when I phoned to find out if an x ray would be covered, the call centre person said yes. But now I am told they won't pay for it because I didn't get a pre authorisation! But the call centre perso didn't tell me to get one! So what now?
