Unhappy with service from CMD/UTI!!!

I have never had any problems in the last two years from CMD concerning my Humira medication delivery or communication. Since CMD has changed to UTI Pharmacies, I have to phone them to find out when I will receive my medication and that takes about an hour on the phone to hold for someone to speak to. My medication is not delivered on the scheduled dates and the people working there are very rude and not helpful at all!!! This is NOT acceptable!!!
