INCORRECT CHRONIC MEDICATION DELIVERED CONTINOUSLY

I HAD RECEIVED MY CHRONIC MEDICATION ON THE 19/07/2013. ON CHECKING THE MEDICATION, I DISCOVERED THAT A THIRD PARTY MEDICATION WAS DISPATCHED TO ME. I CALLED MEDIPOST IMMEDIATELY AND NO PERSONNEL WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY CALL.I WAS TOLD NOBODY AT THE PHARMACY WAS ANSWERING. I WAS CALLED ON MONDAY22/07/2013 AND INFORMED THAT THE MEDICATION HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. TO DATE NO MEDICATION HAS BEEN HAS BEEN RECEIVED. MY OTHER CONCERN IS THAT SINCE I AM ON INSULIN, THIS MEDICATION HAS TO BE DELIVERED REFRIGERATED. THE INSULIN I RECEIVE MONTHLY IS NOT PACKED AS PER RECOMMENDED BY THE MEDICAL COMPANY.
